Driven sales professional looking to be trained and transition into a director seat. Will begin in a sales role with the expectation to be trained into a director role within 90-180 days.
Our current sales team has 3 members and you will be directly responsible for helping scale the team.
Someone who has reached the pinnacle of selling and is looking to take the next step to help build out and expand our current sales department.
Looking for someone who is commission driven AND is interested in learning leadership and development skills to recruit, hire and train new reps.
Ability to close deals from A-Z
Track and follow up properly with prospects
Manage oneself and energy
Ability to recruit and train reps from scratch -> KPI
Leading and running sales meetings
Motivational stuff - training stuff - call reviews
Proper CRM utilization and management
Monitor the tracking spreadsheet to ensure we are in KPI from a q call -> demo -> close ratio
Able to monitor and work side by side with sales reps while also coaching/overseeing call floor
Coach the sales guys on how to handle objections and certain types of clients
Ensure the pitch is closing at a good %
Managing the mindset of the sales guys to ensure they are in good shape
Manage the calendars and ensure quality calls are hitting the calendars and calls are being made
Help sales guy manage the pipeline and track the pipeline to close more people
Call reviews multiple times a week with the team
Pitch optimization
Actively pursuing new big referral partnerships
Able to close deals above current KPI
Ability to recruit/train/ramp sales reps
Drive more revenue to the business
Must already be a top sales performer
Must be hungry and looking to grow and build
